This is an incredibly powerful poem Bob! The use of “cry” really adds a sense of urgency to this piece. I actually gasped when I first read it. The article is also well placed and really magnifies the piece. Well done!

I agree with Dick and Lawrence–’cry’ here is very effective.
I also enjoyed the spacing between ‘rest’ and ‘room’; Usually you see it as one word, but the split here leaves this piece open to multiple interpretations. Very engaging.
